About Shipping

Here you will find the answers to the most commonly asked questions
about shipping. If you do not find the answers you are looking for,

       What Shipping Types do you Offer?

    We offer both US Domestic and International shipping via USPS (The United
    States Postal Service). For US Domestic Orders, the shipping types include Media
    Mail or Priority determined by the customer at the time of purchase. If you live
    in an area that may be a danger to ship to, such as area with a high crime rate,
    please consider using a safe address. We are not responsible for packages that
    have been confirmed delivered by USPS.

      What are the Estimated Shipping Times?

    Orders ship 2-4 business days after being placed. Business days are Monday to
    Friday, not including weekends and Postal Holidays.

               US Domestic Priority - 2 to 6 business days
               US Domestic Media Mail - 5 to 12 business days
               International Canada - 5 to 12 business days
               Other International - 7 to 21 business days

       How is Shipping Calculated?

    Shipping fees are calculated through USPS based on the weight of the total
    order and shipping country. Customers therefore save on shipping fees when
    purchasing multiple collections. These fees are subject to change as USPS
    shipping fees increase.

    Sales tax applicable to CA residents only.

       Can I Track My Order?

    Once your order has shipped, Customers receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
    EMAIL containing a Tracking Number (Domestic Orders) or Customs Label
    Number
(International Orders). If you do not receive your confirmation email,
    please be sure to check your Bulk/Spam Email folder.

    Domestic orders can easily track the status of the packages from our Distribution
    Center to their doorsteps at USPS.com. Tracking Updates may be delayed up to
    48 hours and include only main USPS Facilities.

    For International orders, contact your Customs Department for package status.
